Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

The short version. Looking at prices requires no account and no contact information. If you submit a request, we share it only with the participating dealers you pick, so they can respond. We keep a record of your consent, we don't sell your information to data brokers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Scope

This policy describes how Complete Car Lease ("we", "us"), operated by Integrity Dealer Solutions, LLC, collects, uses, and shares information on completecarlease.com (the "Site"). Using the Site means you accept this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you provide. Nothing is required to browse prices. If you submit a request, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, ZIP code, the vehicle and offer you selected, your stated preferences (such as timing and contact preference), and which consent boxes you checked. When a dealer you pick needs it for a manufacturer’s lease program (currently Subaru, Mazda, and Volvo), we also ask for your street address.

Information collected automatically. IP address, approximate location derived from your connection (used to suggest your ZIP), device and browser type, the pages and steps you interact with, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, campaign parameters in the link you clicked). We store small amounts of data in your browser (localStorage) so the Site remembers your progress, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots.

What we do not collect. No Social Security numbers, no date of birth, no credit information. Viewing prices never involves a credit check.

3. How we use it

To send your request to the participating dealerships you pick so they can contact you about the offer you selected.
To email you current specials for your area, when you ask for that.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including aggregate funnel analytics.
To keep a record of the consents you gave (what you agreed to, when, and from which device), as required for telemarketing and text-message compliance.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How we share it

Only the dealers you pick. Each request is shared only with the participating dealerships you pick (or, when none is listed for you, one participating dealership at most), never broadcast to a network. Each dealer receives your contact information (including your street address, when you gave one), ZIP code, selected vehicle and offer, preferences, and consent record, and may use it to contact you as described in the consent language you agreed to.

Service providers. Companies that host our infrastructure, store our data, deliver messages, and provide analytics or anti-bot services process information on our behalf under contractual limits.

Legal. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety, and as part of a business transfer if the Site changes ownership.

Providing your request to a dealership in exchange for payment may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws. That is the entire model of the Site, it happens only when you submit a request, and you can opt out as described in section 8. We do not sell information to data brokers. The advertising cookies described in section 6 can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out of those too.

5. Text messages and calls

You will only receive automated marketing texts if you checked the SMS box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. You can revoke consent to calls, texts, or emails at any time by following the opt-out in the message or emailing us.

6. Cookies and advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the Site. Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to visits and requests, and may show our ads to people who have visited the Site. Google AdSense may show third-party ads on the Site.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, and from other participating vendors at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Under California law and some other states' laws, advertising cookies can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link at the bottom of every page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (section 8).

7. Retention and security

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare. No security is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We verify access, correction, and deletion requests using the contact details you submitted, and we respond within the time required by your state's law. We never ask you to verify an opt-out.

Opting out of advertising cookies. The Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page opts your browser out in one click. On an opted-out browser, the Google Ads and Google Analytics tags run in Google's restricted data processing mode with ad personalization turned off, and Google AdSense ads do not load. We also honor Global Privacy Control: a browser that sends the signal is treated as opted out on every page, with no further step. Both apply to the browser and device you use them on.

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas) have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor those rights for everyone, regardless of state.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
