Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026

The short version. We republish manufacturers' own published lease specials so you can see real prices, and if you like one we send your request to one local dealer who confirms or beats it. We are not a dealer, lender, or broker, and the prices shown are the manufacturers' numbers, not our offers.

1. Who we are

Complete Car Lease ("we", "us") operates completecarlease.com (the "Site"), a lead generation service that displays manufacturer-published lease specials and, at your request, connects you with one participating dealership. We do not sell or lease vehicles, originate leases, extend credit, or negotiate on your behalf. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The offers we display

Payments shown on the Site are lease specials published by vehicle manufacturers on their own websites, republished verbatim with their source identified. They are provided for information only and are not an offer to lease from us.

Every offer is subject to the manufacturer's full terms, credit approval, and regional availability.
Offers change and expire on the manufacturer's schedule, typically monthly. An offer shown on the Site may no longer be available.
Advertised payments generally assume top-tier credit and the exact terms on the offer, including the stated due-at-signing amount and mileage allowance. Taxes, title, registration, and dealer fees are typically additional.
The participating dealer confirms the exact terms, pricing, and your eligibility. Only a signed lease agreement with a dealer creates a binding deal.

National offers, where shown, are published manufacturer programs that may not be available in your region.

3. Your request

When you submit a request through the Site, you ask us to share your information with one participating dealership so it can contact you about the offer you selected or a comparable one. Submitting a request does not obligate you to lease, buy, or accept anything, and does not guarantee that the dealer can honor the displayed payment.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request with the applicable boxes checked, you agree that Complete Car Lease and the participating dealer may contact you by phone and email about your request, and, if you checked the SMS box, by automated marketing text messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can revoke any consent by emailing us at the address in section 12.

5. Eligibility

The Site is for United States residents who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a request you represent that the information you provide is accurate and about yourself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or third-party information, scrape or bulk-collect content from the Site, interfere with the Site's operation or security measures, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access or decline requests at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and software belong to us or our licensors. Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and logos belong to their respective owners. We identify them only to describe the published offers; no affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer is implied.

8. Third-party data and links

Offer data on the Site is collected from manufacturer websites and licensed data providers. We work to show it accurately and to identify its source, but we do not control it and cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any displayed offer is or will remain available, or that a dealer will match or beat any payment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, or for any dispute between you and a dealership or manufacturer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification, changes, and governing law

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
